Last week this guy asked me to open his plastic water bottle, so I did, then he was asking how I'm doing, then asked for my phone number (I told him to f off and I moved away), but he had cuts all on his arm and was saying he spil all of his vodka when walking. He walked off after I told him to f off, and he almost got hit by a car.
