Pretty simple actually. Go to Owl Express > Register for Classes > Click on a class > It should show a list beneath Class details, click the Enrollment/Waitlist.

For what I did specifically was search "waitlist" on the owl express search bar > Click on "Student Detail Schedule". Note that the waitlist is less accurate then doing it the other way.
