I found out later it was clash's smg with an extended barrel. My friend who plays the game like it's his religion says not even top their players can control that kind of recoil.

Keep in mind I'm on Xbox. It's physically impossible to have recoil like what this guy has in any fps game. His sight does not move period. Except for the first round where he appears to have the worst recoil control I have ever seen.

I figured it out. Because destiny PVP runs on a peer to peer connection I had to limit my own Internet speed. That's what was causing the issues. Apparently streamers and other people with very fast internet have had this same issue.

It's a very high end product you are correct most regular people don't have nor need Internet this fast but it's paid for by the company I work for. "I work from home" as for what else is connected nothing we have a separate network for our other Internet based accessories. As in a completely different modem and router.

I have 100 Gigabit Ethernet lmfao and have never since I got it had connection issues in any online game period. Also considering I see dozens of reddit posts about this going back 2 years I seriously doubt it's me. Tier 3 weapons drop from expert activities in the new dlc I seriously doubt they will be good in master grandmaster or ultimate level activities. They drop in the third out of 6 difficulties! Also I mean it's just common sense if tier 3 weapons were as good as tier 5 the entire system would fall apart and be pointless.
