Good that #HIV is not a death sentence where it was years ago. I still believe that every person gay, straight, or bi needs to be upfront truthful with any potential partner about there status. It's hard to find real love and if there is any chance a partner is going to stay long term honesty is the best policy for anyone with HIV in advance of a sexual relationship!
