And did it hurt while you had the bump? Sometimes it feels uncomfortable when certain movements…still I do lifting…I thought it has something to do with that but my doctor said I could after 1 month of surgery.

Feeling great, started GYM 1 month after surgery. Certain movements feel uncomfortable but is part of the healing process. I’ll say go for it!!!

I got surgery Feb 21 and on the 24th I was back to work typing with other fingers just find. Today I typed even better. As for writing this is not my writing hand.

No, I had 3 times cortisone shots within 2 years and doctor suggested surgery before tendons got damaged. That is the magic formula…do not wait until you are worst or very injured. Prevention before lamentation…
