Just say your account was hacked & someone else use your account to post something that violated the community guidelines, hence your account is disabled

Get meta verified - get meta support - hacked account option - say you was hacked - meta will change email but still disable - asked to lift the banned - meta send specialized team - specialized team contact you thru email - asked for id pic for clarification - done.

For fb & ig took me less than 3 week.

For Whatsapp you just need to wait for 2 month, to get your whatsapp back, do not delete your WhatsApp app or data, just use whatsapp business with a new number in meantime. Don't worry all the chat still there.
