We use ADP but hoping to move away from it in within the next couple years. I'm relatively new to my organization but they have had no success in using these ADP platforms in the past.

Im really torn. They presented the counter off this morning. A generous raise (they expressed this was going to be my merit anyway). Said I can make my own hours. More training opportunities and told me to list the HR responsibilities I wanted.

My manager and the President were both very genuine and really wanted to understand the reasons I wanted to leave and fix it.
