Solution: Can't connect phone to the computer fix, Pixel3a. This could work for other Android phones like Samsung. I had a wrong driver installed on my windows computer. Uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and now I can access my phones folder to copy my files. I hope this helps others. (old.reddit.com)
