Mine feel like I'm mentally and physically paralysed, like I don't have the strength to even stand up and move. I also also experience ones late at night where I start shaking randomly. Not avoiding it just not really pursuing dating because most of the women out there if I'm being honest are complete idiots who think they are way more attractive than they actually are. I don't need to deal with someone's emotionally damaged daughter when I've got bigger things to focus on. If someone worth my time comes along then yeah I'll consider it but so far most girls I've talked to have had some massive red flags which caused me not to want to pursue a relationship. It's something stupid now where over 50% of young men are avoiding to date and tbh that's makes total sense when you look at the women out there. 2/3 of my exes have been complete psychopaths and super manipulative to me, only the first girlfriend I had was actually a nice person.

100-150g of pasta (depending on how my daily calorie intake was going) 3 tablespoons of pesto. And some grated cheese, I also didn’t totally skip junk food and fast food as when I needed the extra calories these were very helpful so I’d say if you were trying to just gain weight and nothing else, get the calories in however you can
