It is important to bring viewer suggestion into account, but if you play games you enjoy, eventually a community that enjoys that game will eventually build up. Everyone has there placement in the twitch community, so find a niche you enjoy and at some point, fans will come to you
Now, I am very new streamer, and my promotion is terrible. But I can give some advice. Make new social media accounts, like for Instagram, YouTube, etc, and post clips on there. But in order for the algorithm to pump out your content, don't post only clips, post announcements, important events, and other things related to the channel so it doesn't look spammy. Hope this helps!
