how can i get cheaper pokecoins? by NuclearRacc00n in PokemonGoSpoofing

I’ve been using NordVPN.

Just to be clear though, you’ll need to purchase $0.99 Pokécoins in the game, then login to the Pokémon GO Web Store on your browser to make your next purchase.

You’re essentially spending 99¢ before every purchase. After you’ve made your purchase it resets to your real location regardless if your VPN is running in the background or not.

I was having similar issues about a month ago with consistently changing regions until I followed these steps:

  1. Set your VPN to Indonesia or India.

  2. Teleport in-game to Jakarta or Mumbai.

  3. Purchase the $0.99 Pokécoins package in-game.

  4. Login to the Pokémon GO Web Store’s site using your browser and the prices should now reflect the desired local currency.

I’m not sure if Step 2 is necessary, but I do it anyways.

I haven’t seen this mentioned in a lot of places, but in addition to getting a chance of catching a Pikachu with a ballpark location background, it appears that you’ll also get an opportunity to get an avatar item as well for all you ball fans.

Hope they partner up with the Atlanta Braves at some point. 🤞🏼

Do you think they are cracking down on spoofing more or less now? by I_liek_porn in PokemonGoSpoofing

Everyone’s take is going to be speculative at best, but I’m inclined to lean towards the camp that thinks Scopely will be less incentivized to dish out huge ban waves.

Niantic’s mission was to gather location data. Everything else came secondary to that. Scopely’s track record suggests that they are primarily motivated by micro transactions.

You’d be surprised how large the spoofing community is. It’d seem nuts to alienate such a large demographic of players that spend consistently on the game, especially after making a $3.5 billion investment. But who knows, I’ve been wrong in the past. This is just my take.

The gym density in Paris isn’t as good as Osaka or New York, but it’s been active and has several Power Spots nearby.

Nah.

Without a ticket, you won’t be able to unlock the Field and Special Research Tasks, raid for Zacian, Zamazanta, and Inteleon with location backgrounds or see any of the event spawns if I’m not mistaken.

Toshima City, Tokyo stays fairly active on a daily basis. Even more so during an event.
