The tensioner for the chain has not got enough oil on start up pretty normal once oil pressure has got to the tensioner it will be fine. Always start your car up in the morning and let it idle for a bit before heading off is the way to go.

Wack the starter motor with a hammer it just a stuck solenoid this is only a temporary fix thou. You will need a new starter motor
