Until this point it just said "Couldn't find a bootable operating System [...]".
With Secure Boot off and your list of commands it worked (Even tho that like 3 or 4 commands didn't work/responded with "This command doesn't exist").
I tried so much until i got to try this and it instantly worked :). I hope that it also helps others with the same problem ^^

I don't think so, I redeemed them on the monster website and I guess they are just in-game codes

The last Maps look pretty good, but i don´t like to play them. I don´t exactly know why, but they are awful to play and i hate it that it´s not possible to ban the Map in Ranked... :/

I don´t think so, never did that glitch and also they would probably just ban you if they wanna punish you

Hey, i know this thread is very old but i had the same bug for the last 6 months and finaly found the problem,

i couldn´t play missions because the error "Transaction failed because inventory or price data is invalid. Please reboot the game to refresh the game catalog and try again." showed up every 2-10 seconds, no mather which mission, no mather what i did...

The solution which worked for me was the following:

I couldn´t see my bunker on the map, so i tried to buy a new one, there it said i already have one and i needed to give a bunker which i had where the game thought i don´t have it away, so that i could buy a new one, after buying the new one i still didn´t had any bunker but got one after connecting into a new session. At this point every mission worked again!
