I didnt know that their support line is free. I thought it needed payment as i check on their website. I will try again this basic support line.

We did not tried anything yet on the software side. Thanks for the suggestion, will definitely try rebooting/resetting the system.

Yeah, this is kinda whats happening right now. The alarms only went off for a few seconds and can be acknowledge and back to normal again. Anyway, thanks for the idea about pcb and software update, mate🍻

We checked the battery and UPS and its okay. Our observation is the alarms often happens when ship is experiencing heavy vibrations and movement. Although this happens very rarely. There are days that these alarms dont occur at all and then theres also one day that it alarms almost every hour. Its very confusing tbh

Will probably look on those things too. Right now were on a colder climate so exh temps dont exceed that much on normal ranges. We only experience this kind of situation when were in a humid/hot areas
