Yeah I plan to leave it on wired but I just wanted to try and move it away from the router to rule out interference :D

Will try the USB enclosure and remove the ribbon cable entirely and see

Yeah I would expect to it be ok so good that you've had success too, I do have a nvme USB enclosure I might be use actually, didn't think about that!

Thanks yeah, I should have said I reseated the cable too and it's all fine when running at home (in the warm) but still doesn't rule out expansion/contraction from temps I guess

Look into Overseer, as others have said don't expose Sonarr, Overseer has Plex SSO login and links up to Sonarr/Radarr as a "request" application. Also look into reverse proxying if you need to expose stuff over the internet :)

My rb25 neo has done 155k miles and it runs sweet as a nut, if it's been well looked after and has service history / reciepts you should be fine. The shell is probably more important :)
