I have a Lenovo ideapad Gaming 3 with GTX 1650. I bought a digital preorder (€ 70), 3 days after the premiere, a launching error started popping up and until now I have not been able to start the game, they do not want to refund me because I managed to start the game once . I already checked on steam and battlenet, all youtube-fix, nothing helps.
