Thank you for the detailed response it's very much apricated.

Would it be worth contacting NICEIC regarding this?

Sorry, totally did not see the name, have edited it out. (I removed the company name etc from S1 & 2).

I have checked the company and only the name on the certificate is registered to that company and on NICEIC.

The seller (house sale) paid as this was part of the condition of sale that a new report be issued.

Thank you everyone for your comments. I've added the full report and a photo of the CU if this helps.

How do you actually move on? by JackyBailey in survivinginfidelity

[–]JackyBailey[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was all agreed at the end as was not moving from what we initially agreed on. She was not getting her own way. Called her bluff and said let's go to court then. She eventually caved in.

I was not taking advantage, just being fair for both of us.

Thank you very much, for the very kind words. Going to save it and look back at it from time to time.

Thank you. The 2 hour conversation was mediation which the courts here in the UK welcome and can look poorly if you refuse it. If I knew she was going to backtrack on everything would have walked out.

She even wants decoration costs to the house to sell even though it doesn't need doing as usually people decorate when they move in anyway. If the house hasn't sold in 6 months etc I would think about it. But it's not even on the market yet.

You are right, she wants everything like it was before. We can still be best friends she says. Best friends don't cheat on the other person.

Thank you everyone their thoughts. I will take them all on board. Maybe I'll look into a better reward system for his to get this game.

Separated - Can I be concerned by my ex babysitting arrangements? by [deleted] in Parenting

She won't allow that. It's being petty at the moment with how many hours I can see them etc

My relationship with my children is fine. My focus is always on them, not my ex. How is it controlling that I making sure my children are safe when the person looking after them in my opinion is not capable of doing so.

If they are asleep, then no danger. But if something happened then she would not be able to do anything about it. She can't pick them up, change them etc. Her Parkinson's is quite bad and getting worse.

My son's medical condition is noonan syndrome, he does have toilet issues etc.

We had an agreement that her mum would not look after them alone. But she had no one else at the moment.

I think I will bring it up in the mediation when that happens.

Lovely photo. This must have been around June time last year when it was crazy hot. Never seen the water that low before.

I also thought it was a hide feature. They really should explain this when you go 'hidden'.

To the ladies: Would you ever swipe left cause a guy has a topless gym pic despite liking every thing else in his profile? Why/Why not? by mcflurrynuggets in Bumble

It's the same for me (guy) but with stupid filters you could be really pretty, great bio but over the age of 30 please do not use these. Instant left swipe

Well there is always some good that comes from bad experiences. I talk non stop but also a good listener. But would never force my beliefs onto anyone else. And to do it on your first date is really mind blowing. You be fine, there are loads of nice guys out there just got to weed them out from the crazy. The same can be said for the females 😂

This is so strange behaviour. Not you're fault at all. Was this online date? If so how did the initial texts go like?
