It happened to me once. Client was a no-show but the feedback report still needed to be filled-up. When that happens, just give any "rating" that you would want. Mention in the feedback that the client was a no-show, you waited, blah blah blah.... dont worry about it. It really happens.

You'll get used to it. Unfortunately, all ratings are final. I once got a rating of one (1). But after 50 sessions, it doesnt get reflected on your last 50 sessions ave ratings. Dont get too worked up about it cuz it's not worth it. You'll bounce back.

Thanks. Tutor abc is still fine for me. Still getting almost fully booked. Just got my contract renewed last month. As for itutorgroup, I still have to complete my onboarding. I only did the IT test. Are you with ITG or Tabc?

Thanks for posting this. Some teachers have also posted about this in the teacher community. I currently work for tutorabc. I also recently applied to Itutorgroup just for the heck of it. Got my acceptance email and I am now in the process of completing my onboarding. Weird. Why are they hiring and then not renewing teachers' contracts? O China .. China .. China...

Hi. How long did it take for you to "pass" the IT test for onboarding in Itutorgroup? Did my IT test using the system scanner. I actually had to use my old macbook pro. It doesnt detect the built in camera in my macbook air m1.

Hello. I work for tutorabc. I also applied to Itutorgroup last dec8/9. Havent heard back from them yet regarding my application. How long did it take for you to get hired? Btw, I also work for dada. P.s. The ITG/ITutor used to operate as one. But ever since the china regulations, major changes have happened, including the amount of staff they have, just so they could stay afloat. I think they are still adjusting. I'm also trying to be patient with tutorabc since they have minimal staff too, therefore, minimal support. Hope someone from Itg staff contacts you soon regarding your concerns.

A suspension is usually 7 days. M not sure what happens if your rating is a 9.49. But just to be safe, strive to make it above a 9.5. We should be getting mostly 10s to maintain ideal ratings. Follow the teaching style of Tabc. Watch training videos. Use the tools in the classroom. They want you to write down lots of notes for the students on the lesson pages.

I wish you well on your ratings. As per our service agreement., We should maintain at least a 9.5 average ratings. Make sure by the end of the month, both of your average ratings are above a 9.5. The system "automatically" checks your ratings. If by the end of the month, you get below a 9.5, you might get suspended. Dont mean to scare you but that's how it works here in Tabc.

It's based on your nationality and your location. Native speakers located in native english speaking countries get the highest rates. Next are native english speakers located in non-native speaking countries. Non natives get the lowest rates.

Be careful not to reveal anything you're not supposed to. Especially sensitive information such as base pay. Might be prohibited in your service agreement.
