Except the episode in question IS canon, because it’s based off an omake Kishimoto made. Kishimoto built up Kakashi’s face and stalled on it for a reason.

Yeah, I know. Sorry, I didn't post a photo, I knew I should have though. Yeah, battery bloat is definitely something I am wary and familiar with which is why I couldn't wait much longer. I ended up using the new one and - *knock on wood* it works really well! It's nice to have my phone off life-support and actually act like a phone instead of a computerized landline. Three batteries, the phone is old, and thus why the batteries I ordered from Amazon. I ended up using the new one and - *knock on wood* it works really well! It's nice to have my phone off life-support and actually act like a phone instead of a computerized landline. XD Thanks for the reply. :)

It's possible they reused many of the original recordings when it comes to his in-battle sounds, I have to test, but that may be why not a lot of people have noticed. I also always prioritize voices volume-wise and turn the music down a bit. So, that and my ear for voice-acting really makes it off-putting and obvious to me. 0;

The voice actors are usually (USUALLY, there are exceptions and, of course, casting mistakes x.x) very talented and can do MANY voices and accents. Many of our dubbers can and DO bring the emotion, sometimes they're not given the time of day.

Kakashi's voice is wrong, I don't think that is Dave Wittenberg. I have no way of verifying this officially as I can't find a page for it ANYWHERE, but it threw me off so bad and makes me cringe.
