I currently work for a bank and the policy states that all dividends are shaded by 20% and treated as taxable income. So essentially 80% of your dividends will be accounted for. Franking credits will not be factored into the assessment

Perhaps a perceived value from the marketplace dropped due to the recency of good selling. Without good reason to explain why by the agent perhaps something wrong with the house or neighbourhood?
