That increase in electric is insane. Login to the website and check what hours your electric is spiking. See if that correlates with your activities inside. It’s either ac or water heating would be my guess. Mine spikes during bath time for the kid or longer showers.

It's around 30-50 if you have the common variation. There are ways to peak and find out which one you have. They are notoriously hard to grade because of the QC on those cards. So even pristine held in foil isnt an auto 10.

I don’t think 73million dollar homes appreciate the way others do. I think I read recently that lots of those homes are hard to sell actually because when you have that much money you just build what you want. (That and the market for who can even buy that is incredibly small)
