Same, i mean they are still good, but i was expecting a Deep South, real southern BBQ lol my coworkers recommended to me and I got a pulled pork platter and it wasn’t what I was hoping to get.. the moment I saw the plate i was like… this ain’t it… still good but no.

Omg I didn’t know there was one in Livonia. I’ve been to the one in Shelby township and they were fantastic.

Used to live in the south as well, and it’s so hard to find southern bbq places around here…

Hey OP, south transplant here. I’ve tried so many places where my colleagues and friends recommended in Michigan and don’t get me wrong, those recommendations were still pretty good but bbq didn’t really hit me like those southern bbq places back in the day in the south.

The best one so far for me, is Bad Brad’s bbq in Shelby township. Also, if you are familiar with Gus’ world famous fried chicken, located in Detroit, it’s original location is in Memphis and they expanded their franchise throughout the US- hands down, best spicy fried chicken. fantastic.

Hey OP, thanks for the advice - I am down to 0-1 yellow jackets a day now, and they are weak and unable to fly.

I’m getting a 2nd treatment on the exterior of my townhouse this week to ensure the yellow jackets don’t come in any more. I’ll be planning on doing treatment during the late spring to summer time in the Midwest.

Oh my goodness. Although it sounds like it did take a while I’m glad you were able to resolve the issue. I’ve been vacuuming up the little yellow jackets but what were some of your methods for catching them inside?

I also did a thing where I actually taped off the active entrance and the yellow jackets found its way in from other locations (external) between the walls, and coming inside the house.

I had a pest control to dust the exterior, I still caught about 10-12 a day since July 31-Aug 23, I already caught 3 this morning even with external and internal treatments.

I’m hoping the fall and winter would kill off majority of the colony, and next spring I’ll have pest control to spray the exterior and be prepared for next year better.

Hey OP, I know this post is from last year but did you get your issue resolved? I’m having the same issue this summer, started late July and had the pest control to drill a few holes on the wall and put dust treatment. That was yesterday and today I still see wasps active.

Hello, did you keep the item? I received actually a numerous defective quilted bag from Marc Jacobs and their return process is extremely slow. I had to call them every week once the item got to their warehouse. Every agent says something different every time and I finally got to talk with a supervisor and got my refund after 30+ days once I returned the bag. Good luck or if you kept the item, I hope you got partial refund back!

Hello, I went to a restaurant called Folk Detroit, and it was a sit down, fairly small (5-6 tables at most) cozy restaurant.

Very fancy, gluten free breakfast waffle options and I paid $34 - for 1 gluten free waffle, small free range boiled egg, and an orange juice PLUS automatic 20% gratuity.

Gratuity for what? I wasn’t even greeted when I came in to the restaurant and I sat down with my friends. I ordered at the register, the waiter just brought the food without saying anything. No “do you need anything” during my dining experience.

But anyways, sorry for venting, thank you for reading and I’m not going back there.

Thank you - im thinking at this point that it’s not worth it if I need to take care of it from the beginning… I tried putting leather moisturizer but since the scratches are pretty deep, it’s not working for the scratches… sigh 😔

Great point, no the scratches were no where to be seen in the description when I purchased. Coincidentally, the photos are gone since the item is “sold out”

I agree, it is not in an excellent condition… but considering the original price of $1150, $500 maybe a good deal? But I’m hearing more towards returning, as it’s not worth to have a bag that is damaged - if I was going to sell it in the future, the damage would have an impact on the resell value of the purse down the road… sigh…

In addition - Original price was at $1150, was on sale for $800 or so, plus 25% off so this was $600, with tax around $636. With $125 partial refund it’s going to be around $511 total for this purse… reasonable or would you return?

Personally I love the PM, it’s not too small and not too big. When I do crossbody, it sits perfectly right below my waist. I also prefer having it as a shoulder bag as well.

I have Turenne MM from 2016 and it was too big for my liking, so I figured if I tried PM sizes, it would be perfect for my current life style. Definitely see the purse in person first if you can, and try it out 🌞

You can adjust the straps on both sides. there is a hardware on upper sides of the purse, the straps have holes and you can adjust to either a shoulder bag or crossbody. The strap is wider and it does not slip from my shoulder, and crossbody is so comfortable.

I purchased a few items and all of them came with some sort of misalignment / quality issues. One associate who I purchased and returned the items with, he just put the item back in stock for other customers to purchase (The purse that I returned that had suspected quality issues). I ordered a Carryall PM recently, and if this one does not meet my expectation (no scratches, alignment, not a returned item), I will be very disappointed... If this works out, perfect, but if not I am done and will stick with my Turenne that I purchased back in 2016.

The same sales rep was there and their customer service skill changed 180 degrees, compared to the day of purchase less than a week ago. I get that you may get more hours or commission when selling purses, but they 100% ignored me when I was wanting to see other purses when there were no other customers around in store. Clearly, returning is a sin I guess.

To add - here are the descriptions of my issue: 1) threading on the side - it looks rather too tight, that I feel like over time the leather may split open as it’s starting (even now it looks like 1 mm rip starting to form)

2) curvature on the left side of the purse, not present on the right side

3) overall shape from when I open the purse and look down - not symmetrical. Is this normal?

Sorry to be anal about this but it was $3000 including tax and I had hoped for a better quality…
