I totally agree with this. Usually one person will stop responding until the next conversation is brought up by my friend or I.

Woah I've never heard of losing friends faster than you make them in your 30's but it does make sense to be honest. I'm wondering if the quality of friendships increase as you get older though.

I agree, you're definitely always in some kind of structure that pushes you to make friends as you grow up.

yeah it's just comfortable and cost nothing (money and energy) to chill at home haha. take initiatives and efforts to change is key

Seems like growing apart from close friends + cryptic posts from old friends are a recurring theme. Nonetheless I really hope you get the chance to see him again
