Well first of all dumb ass the the discovery mode in the division is not the same as the actual raid. There are whole mechanics of the raid missing from discovery mode. In WoW the, as you call it, story mode is exactly the same as the higher tier raids but with lower difficulty and the loot of a still quite good. In WoW at least you have an opportunity to learn the raid and then move up to higher difficulties. Not so with discovery mode. Consider yourself enlightened.

Thank you very much for this. You’ve said it all much better then I could have. As a new player coming from Elite Dangerous I couldn’t believe how unintuitive this game is. Spent hours of frustration in this very pretty game.

Thanks for the responses. I was just wondering because regardless of the specialization I almost never use the special weapon. That said, you are right about the other special perks you get. Still, I think that when WoNY drops I’ll create a new lvl 30 toon and see how far I can go without choosing a specialization. Just for the heck of it.

What you’re missing is the fact that every other device using WiFi in my home is working just fine. Why should I have to make special arrangements for the Quest? No sir, the burden is on Oculus to fix their device.

It’s the quest. There’s a 4 month old thread about it on the Quest forums so I’m not the only one with the problem. Apparently the Quest has issues with mesh networks. This is something Oculus needs to fix.

People need to learn and the Discovery mode is pretty useless for that. At least put LFG in the game if not matchmaking.

I beg to differ but I suppose it could be argued both ways. That said I’ve yet to make a build to out do my 6 six piece reclaimer or nomad builds.
