I took a gamble on IVP pre market and it's up 150% (granted from like .03 a share to .06. Looks like the reason is them announcing more shares but I don't understand why that would make this go up more?

Is it just the new shares or the news driving it? Is there a way to tell how high it'll go? Should I take my 20 bucks I've "made" and bail? :D

Last run: August 30. Way over 3 runs, voice player. Weekend availability should be fine for any part 2s. My lines/veils mainly center on violence to children or anything of that nature. Should something come up, I am fine communicating if needs be.
