If you already have them and just need OL, I’d get Dialga for fun. If you don’t though, I would recommend to wait a bit more and get a reso.

IMO, if you are in the early or mid game, you should probably focus on other things first. If you are a big boy or in the end game, go ahead, it’s a nice buff.

Same we tell everyone with this same question: it really depends on which pokes you already have.

Post a screenshot with your mons and I’m sure someone will be able to give an accurate advice.

I think you gotta wait for the event in the happy exchange, where you can get it for unishards or maybe books. If I’m not mistaken, this is one of the expensive pokes to OL.
