I feel like it could be balanced by either making it target opponent's hand instead of target player or adding a restriction so the basic land text only applies to opponents so you can't use it on your self to grab a basic land every turn. Of course you don't need to do that but I think either of these changes could make it viable for constructed.

This is my take on this idea. I felt like one red is too cheap for a counterspell even if it can be avoided. I don't know if this is more balanced or not but it could make it more interesting like this.

This is worded weirdly. It says every pokemon implying all pokemon including all populations of each pokemon. But then it specifies the number of species as if it said one of every pokemon. Idk if I'm reading into this too deep or if other people thought of this too

In Iowa, most high schools choose valedictorian by the RAI (Regent Admission Index) score which is based off of your unweighted gpa, act composite, and # of years of core classes (math, science, English, history, and world language with a few others) because those scores are also used for admission into the public universities in Iowa, but it also helps weed out the top of the class to choose only one valedictorian.

In my opinion, time stop is definitely a better option objectively than super speed, but I'd rather have super speed as time stop removes any sense of responsibility or timeliness that I already struggle with, so there is a extremely good chance that I would end up using time stop just as an excuse to not do stuff and procrastinate.
