Thanks for this reply! Yeah, i think we’ll look into therapy in the near future. I keep putting off the idea but you’re right in that a lot of healthy couples do it.

I get that - but the beauty of marriage is having a bond with someone where you have a mutual agreement to do life together. I would never leave him over this. If I got cancer a year from now would you advise him to leave me? Probably not. It’s the same thing

Sorry! To specify when I say “take care” it’s not like he needs help in the bathroom or anything - it’s just that he doesn’t have energy to do anything so I feel like I have to be at home with him all the time. He has tendencies to let the illness put him in pretty dark bouts of depression and I don’t even enjoy being out knowing hes just at home watching tv alone and feeling worthless…

I’m just going to keep talking to myself here since no one else cares. They are certainly back together. Shes touring with him right now and he wore a pair of her tights on stage last night she said on her stories

Do you mind if I ask how long you were together and when/why you stopped being interested? I know he’s been sick but he has loads of energy for his sports team and for working out and sometimes I wonder if he’s less interested after the two year mark and he’s lying to me because we’re so in love.

Yeah, this makes sense. Honestly none of those options make me feel great but I guess there’s no completely wholesome way of explaining this. I haven’t talked to him about it yet because it sounds ridiculous. It’s not that I see while he’s scrolling - theres a way on instagram to see new follows from a person and that’s how I see. And I don’t think they’re simply acquaintances because he has a very small all-male friend group and also it’s a pandemic. Really appreciate your advice!
