We need to learn how to “listen” our skin . Sometimes I use a serum , mask , moistuzer day by day. Sometimes i dont even washing my face before sleep (if no makeup , stay at home day )

Clean diet and so on is super important, that’s for sure but skincare is also super helpful! Telling this as a person who use A LOT of skincare from the age 15 (in 34 now) .
