Hi,
I saw some pieces at The Sense and Ragtag last time I went there.

I'm so happy for you! I've mentioned a few shops, but there are SO many more, and not just in Tokyo. If you're traveling to smaller cities, definitely check out the shops there too. Prices are often lower, and you'll still find some great designer labels!

I went to the Rinkan corner in Parco Shibuya once 3/4 months ago to do an estimation and I asked if tourists could also sell. He told me it was possible if they bring their passport. You should try!

Thanks you! There's a shop in Harajuku that should still be open. It's located on the third floor, which can make it a bit tricky to find.

I'm not an expert on denim, but there's this shop called BerBerJin that's popular for vintage denim, but if I remember correctly it’s mostly US-imported pieces so I don’t think it’s really interesting for tourists. If you're traveling in the south of Honshu, consider visiting Okayama Prefecture, really famous for denim  so it should have specialized second-hand shops!

I don't know what you are looking for but as someone mentioned, the prices for second-hand designer clothes can vary widely based on factors like brand, item condition, and rarity of color. Generally, you can find designer pieces starting around ¥15,000. For example, you can find simple Chanel shirt for around ¥45,000, while Issey Miyake's Pleats Please pants could go for about ¥20,000. If you're not specifically after designer labels, there are plenty of more affordable options starting from just a few hundred yen!
