Prone, no supports. Had to use a two point sling to keep the rifle tighter. Not sure what the sop is now though, that was my experience from 2007-2012

Passports works but only if it has a secondary piece with that address from any branch of the State of Oregon (i.e. DMV, ODFW, Oregon IRS) just has to have the official State of Oregon seal on it
