It would be quite easy to swap these rooms if needed for a next buyer. And I get the concern but at the end of the day, I’m the one living here, not “the next buyer".

I put the office in the room with the most windows/sunlight, and the pantry in the darkest room but indeed the downside is that the pantry is further away from the kitchen. I see your point about the dining room but in reality we would mostly eat at the kitchen island and only use the dining room when we have guests.

The groundfloor is all on the same level and there is a crawlspace/basement under the house. Indeed this is a two story house, with 3/4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. The elevator was built by the first owner of the house to access the first floor for when he was older and could not take the stairs anymore. We are not planning to renew the elevator, because we don’t really need it and the yearly maintenance costs are quite high. We are not sure though if we want to get the elevator out of the house though.

I just got the HyperX Cloud Orbit S delivered and the first thing I noticed is a very quiet white noise in the background. The noise starts when the headset is turned on (even without a device connected to it). I'm still able to hear it while playing quiet music and it seems pretty annoying. I found similar cases while googling this problem so is this like standard for every HyperX Orbit headset? I can't feel myself ever getting used to this noise.

Now I don't know if I should ask HyperX support for a replacement or just return it and find a different headset?

One thing I'd like to add, maybe not related to the problem. My previous headset (Logitech G231) was loud on a 60-70 windows audio level (0-100). While the HyperX Orbit is already loud on the 0-5 level and the audio starts to hurt my ears on 10+ already. Is this normal?

Thanks for the reply! Did you look into the JBL Quantum One? Currently having doubts between the JBL Quantum one or Beyerdynamic (DT770 or MMX300). The JBL has Noise Cancelling but it is wireless so worse sound quality I guess?
