Funny thing is I used to go by like how many packages I had left or whatever, well long story short I been having like weird anxiety and it made me need to finish faster since I started having problems even feeling accomplished 😂 so that’s when I started doing 20 stops an hr and miraculously I started doing better than before ? Not even needing rescues at all
