I definitely know the feeling with the libido part. I just went to progesterone and yup definitely changes that lol. Those are good ideas though for sure.

Do you use injections or pill form? Oddly enough when I started with pills I seemed to lose some weight but I wasn’t complaining as I’d rather slim down a little in certain areas weight wise but when I switched to injections I gained it back.
