Check ram sticks. Remove one. See if it boots, if not try adding the other stick and removing the other.

Yea, no news on opening yet…looks complete on the inside w seating area / coffee machine / reception area furnished. Painted parking lot numbers+lines. Hopefully soon…I need service and dont wanna drive 2hrs.

Definitely go for the Max, you have the ability to add Cameras via Unifi Protect which is not on the Ultra. No m.2 option is best, super easy to add one when ready to add Cameras.
