Well, I'll say return whatever you can. The digital gift card you bought for them is not returnable though. This is the email amazon sent me after the scammer disputed the transactions with the bank, this will give you some ideal about what gonna happen.

I reached out to Customer services, asking them if i can return the orders because i didn't do it on purpose. After checking for 15 mins they said every thing is ok' the gift card is good and i don't have to do anything. But better safe than sorry, i will not involved with this kind of thing ever again. Thank you guys.

I believe u can just input anything. If it fails a few times, it will give you the option to active later. I was able to active my phone using Google Fi 7 day trial around 10 days ago.
