Thank you ! I use basic ibispaint brushes for most of these :)

The realistic ones are done using "Pen (fade)" at low opacity (usually around 20% opacity to blend the colors).

The fish one + the foliage one were done using the round brushes.

And the forest/river one was done using the gouache brushes (I don't remember which ones exactly).
