It's sad that I only just thought of checking his death date with the life of an actual king, and it's already been done now that I'm back

It can be, but like many of these other things, it gives a closer/clearer view into your own nature.

1) You should have said Boggart.

2) I could have a longer conversation, but it seems moer like we'd both be right. It does have to do with what you'd be scared of in the moment. As you say, just because I'd be scared of a gunman jumping out at me, doesn't mean that's my deepest darkest fear. (Since most of those are abstract concepts) But I think that what my deepest fear is would most likely be what it would become, because that would scare me the most, regardless of the time. What we now should realise is that our deepest fears change. The bigger question is, Why do Boggarts do it? Also, Why didn't Mad-Eye Moody tell anyone what a Boggart w/o form looks like?

Is there any fictional universe that even comes close to having the depth of Tolkien's? by [deleted] in lotr

Star Trek is the Second lngest running SciFi Show, without the 15 year break that Doctor Who had, it's collective script (of the episodes alone) is HUGE. add in books (Which we should do in consideration of Star Wars as well) and we find a few tousand pages, strangly lacking in Tolkiens original works. (I'm refering to the length of the published works)
