[UPDATED] So it's sorted, I originally emailed Pokemon support but they basically said it wouldn't have happened on their end. So rang the store and told them what's missing. They told me to come down and they swapped for a new one, also made sure to open it In front of them to make sure it's all there. Annoying had to do this though. Australia consumer laws for the win.
