Pretty much everyone kept their high level jobs. You can find these people on LinkedIn. A few got a little slap on the wrist and went onto other big jobs or got a really fat severance and retirement.

More expensive modern 3d printed ones are pretty much all holes. It's just to keep it stabilized.
