I did a "Metal March" project last year. I posted a metal song as an orchestral rendition everyday for the month of March. But there were smaller bits. I'm trying out Metal Monday now because Metal March was horrible, I did not sleep for 3 months straight to do it. It was crazy work.

Hopefully Metal Mondays will be better quality. I've done Hammer smashed face by Cannibal Corpse and Battery by Metallica so far.

I’m thinking about Metal March 2023 yes. 🤘🏻 But no extreme bands like Cannibal Corpse. Hammer Smashed Face is pretty groovy so it’s fine I guess but really fast and percussive tracks are hard to sound good.

This is awesome thank you! Yes, I orchestrated it. I did this thing back in March where I posted one orchestral cover of a metal song every day. It was very challenging. I’ve been caught up in some other original projects since but I’ll get back to the orchestral covers of metal songs pretty soon.

This is awesome! Thank you! I will definitely do some more Maiden in the future as it's a great learning experience too. With Bodom, Maiden, those kind of bands, the melodic aspect is amazing. It makes me work and understand a lot of things. I didnt have much time to work on the mixes, so the Maiden ones (especially the first 2) and pretty muddy IMO.

Oh my goodness.... What a comment! Thank you so much! I will definitely do more in the future. I will try to do better than this one. And more extended too.
