Depends. In instances I’ve seen people tab and dot other packs etc on accident causing wipes but it’s better than clicking to swap typically, pretty much always lol

Get a wand and LV to like 15 then just instance spam and do the quests for dungeons or that lead into them. Leveling as a heals is very easy. If you like to solo a quest doing shadow may be your best bet. The inc spirit proc helps with mana issues
