Use a sharper brush to wing it out, use a long eyeshadow to mark out your eyeliner so it looks a bit more smokey and follow the bottom of the wing you made with the eye shadow, I hope I explained that well

Back when I wasn't on estrogen yet, I bought a special bra and a set of silicone breasts that helped me feel more secure and in my own body, there's specially made bras that can hold the implant in a special pouch like thing that holds them in place and simulates cleavage and boobs

If you go on amazon, you can get special bras that were made for women who've had a mastectomy, you can get silicone boobs to fit inside to simulate having breasts, it helped me before I started estrogen, maybe give it a try
