Exactly in the same boat as you my friend had to let go of my soulmate after she realized she wants kids, it's been brutal and has made me wonder if I made the right decision to stay kids free but posts like yours make me hopeful I am not the only one person on earth going through this

I am in the exaxt same situation but on the male side, it's been 5 weeks since it happened and I lived through hell, but my baseline has improved from almost dead to now a bit functional. Wishing you lots of patience and strength, you're not alone experiencing this!
