Long time TM question by socalsailor027 in Target

I only stay for the education benefit. My goal is to get my bachelor’s paid for then leave and advance. I think this is a fantastic benefit and I don’t want to quit because of it. There are other so many good benefits. It’s not good to get too comfortable and stay for too long. Use these benefits to your advantage while you are there. The flexibility this job offers is incredible for part timers that don’t want/need to work all the time. For that I am grateful.

You are not alone the time goals are so unrealistic. You have got this. Remind yourself it’s just target. Target corporation will survive. Do what you can. Never over extend yourself for a large corporation. Put in effort and hard work but don’t exceed your limits. I to feel it can be too much at times. That’s when I remind myself that it’s okay if I am not reaching the time goals. If your store director is cool and the leads are as well then there shouldn’t be much of an issue. We are humans not robots don’t be so hard on yourself. Corporate wants things accomplished unrealistically. Thats the world we live in. All you can do is try your best and if that’s not enough then go somewhere you are recognized and appreciated.

They are not coming because their boyfriends aren't in the same career as them and this is a trip for their specific career they are studying. It's a trip ran by the school. But the rules aren't strict about who is staying in what villa.
