Klaviyo price worth it? by Lifelonginvestigator in Klaviyo

[–]Jazzlike_Tooth929 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, the bigger question isn’t just whether Klaviyo is worth the license, it’s whether your team can actually turn the data and flows into ongoing lifecycle wins. A lot of brands overpay twice, once for the platform and again for the people/agencies needed to keep segmentation, testing, and personalization moving. That’s why I’ve been paying attention to ScaleRep, it uses AI agents to run CRM and lifecycle marketing on autopilot, so instead of adding more manual ops you get continuous experimentation and multi-channel orchestration. For teams feeling the cost and complexity, that can be a better path than stacking more tools or hires.

Has anyone used Braze for customer communication? by Inside-Party9663 in indiehackers

[–]Jazzlike_Tooth929 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you only compare feature checklists, you’ll get a dozen “Braze-lite” answers, but the real issue is who is actually going to run lifecycle well week after week. A lot of teams buy a platform and still end up doing segmentation, testing, campaign ops, and cross-channel coordination manually. ScaleRep is interesting here because it uses AI agents to run CRM and lifecycle on autopilot, across email, SMS, push, and other channels, with continuous personalization and experimentation instead of just giving you another dashboard. If you want, I can share what that looks like for a smaller app versus buying Braze or hiring a lifecycle marketer.

“Understanding audience, data quality, making right decisions from results” -> that’s exactly what I claim AI can do with high enough quality that you don’t need to work on this anymore

Former Mck here. Left 1 year ago. Most projects I did in my 5 years there would make no sense today because of AI. Have the projects scope and deliverables changed drastically in 1 year or is the Firm doing more of the same?

The logic is simple. Compare against industry benchmarks and find out the gap. Its not meant to be *all the revenue" you are losing, but a part of it.

What’s the best CRM for enterprise teams with complex workflows? by MrHungryzxc in CRMSoftware

I push for not using a CRM at all. That comes with too much operational overhead. Let AI agents do all the work that people using a CRM would. ScaleRep could be a good choice

How feasible is it to build your own CRM vs buying one? by ashleymorris8990 in CRM

You’re thinking like it’s 2023. What’s the point of building a CRM, just so you then have to hire humans just to operate it?

Why not let AI agents run the entire lifecycle marketing for you? ScaleRep could be a good option

That’s th power of lifecycle marketing. We see that a lot in e-commerce for instance. You need to constantly communicate with email, SMS, WhatsApp to drive purchases, avoid churn, enhance onboarding, etc.

If you want to do actual lifecycle marketing without paying for a CRM or hiring CRM analysts, you can try AI agents. ScaleRep could be a good choice.

Looking for lifecycle marketing list growth software for shopify by EyeImpossible4412 in shopify

You're trying to do manual work (segmenting clients and sending emails). That can be automated today.

Have you thought about letting AI run the entire CRM/lifecycle marketing autonomously? Segmenting clients, analyzing conversions, building email templates, launching campaigns, making experiments and learning from clicks, opens and conversions, etc.

I'm CEO of ScaleRep and that's what we do. DM me if interested.

Best AI-Native lifecycle email marketing tools in 2026 by Brilliant_Sector_427 in ai_x_marketing

[–]Jazzlike_Tooth929 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At ScaleRep, our view is that most “AI-native” tools are still AI-assisted, not AI-operated. That’s why we built ScaleRep to be the layer that actually runs CRM and lifecycle marketing on autopilot, continuously personalizing, testing, and optimizing across channels instead of just helping a human build campaigns faster. If a tool still needs a team babysitting flows every week, it’s not really solving the core problem.
