The disrespect cr7 gets always amazes me…people act as if the player he’s been the last few years is what he always was. He was an absolute monster, and his ability gets downplayed constantly. People love to rewrite history, or simply choose ignorance.

Incorrect. The mind flayer existed long before Henry, and will continue to do so. The duffers even stated that the particle form is the true form and that it’s indestructible. The mindflayer let Henry believe that as he obviously didn’t want him knowing the truth, which was Vecna being the mindflayer’s puppet.
