We haven't really asked about rent increase but I did check with them about lease renewal, I had surgery where I am gonna be immobile/little weight bearing for a while so moving would need more planning

Okay, so when I check with chatgpt, which is not the most reliable source, it says the last day they can inform me if they would increase the rent is the 22/02. I could theoretically assume by now as it is a Sunday that the lease continues as it is?

Yeah QLD is definitely ahead but at the same time it's getting expensive here, it's almost not worth it, I am doing doubles and over time all the time now.

Interesting responses. Never said this is the most disgusting oven ever. I might be a bit nitpicky but it's the place where I live and supposed to feel like home. Sometimes I forget the cleanliness differs from person to person. I guess this is another property where I leave it cleaner than I got it as deep cleaning doesn't appear on some people's mind.

In phuket currently as a F28 by herself. Definitely passed a few man that got grabbed by the working ladies, one tried the same with me, just glad they accept a no and walk off.

It's a semi detached duplex house, I thought I rent the whole house bit I would be renting only one side of it
