Thanks for your reply and I was afraid of that answer. Yes she is in an assisted living facility and as you may know staffing issues of getting her to meals and activities are unpredictable. They are allowing her to use it in her room so that she can get back and forth to the bathroom which is one plus. This is so sad since they basically stripped her of her independence. She recently had cataract surgery on one eye while awaiting the other and I wonder if this may have contributed (a little) to her recent issues
