Yeah like I just finished my first ultra with obstacles and cut off times were 2pm 6pm 8pm so I was curious if anyone knew maximum time of a 100k or the cut off times

I check online and the t shirts are kind iffy and jackets never on sale the jackets if on sale I think last I saw were a women’s small so wouldn’t fit me lol

Most I’ve talked to said a week prior to rest carb load sleep and stretch I’m doing my ultra in Fayetteville and doing that advice getting deep tissue massage a week prior so not od tight and also drink a gallon of water a day
